腳踏實地 不斷革新——訪正大阿克蘇飼料有限公司三定業務錦瑞項目主管王銘浩
2023年10月,正(zheng)大集團(tuan)(tuan)新(xin)疆(jiang)區戰略合作客戶(hu)——庫車錦(jin)瑞生豬(zhu)養殖(zhi)有限責任公(gong)司被農業農村部評定為非(fei)洲豬(zhu)瘟(wen)無(wu)疫(yi)小區,成為正(zheng)大集團(tuan)(tuan)北方(fang)省區中第(di)一個(ge)通(tong)過非(fei)洲豬(zhu)瘟(wen)無(wu)疫(yi)小區評定的(de)(de)客戶(hu)場。王銘(ming)浩,正(zheng)是新(xin)疆(jiang)區三定服務(wu)團(tuan)(tuan)隊駐扎(zha)在這個(ge)場的(de)(de)技術主管(guan)。

2015年(nian),剛剛走出象牙塔的(de)王銘(ming)浩帶(dai)著滿(man)腔熱情加入了(le)正大阿(a)克蘇飼(si)料有限(xian)公司,成(cheng)為了(le)一名一線技術(shu)服(fu)務人員(yuan)。帶(dai)著對專(zhuan)業的(de)熱愛,王銘(ming)浩在理論中(zhong)實踐,在實踐中(zhong)成(cheng)長,從技術(shu)員(yuan)到(dao)項(xiang)目主管,他扎扎實實走了(le)五年(nian)。2020年(nian)7月,王銘(ming)浩擔任庫車錦瑞項(xiang)目主管,再次(ci)邁向了(le)他腳踏實地、不斷革新的(de)成(cheng)長之(zhi)路。
“誰(shui)能(neng)做好極致的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan),誰(shui)就(jiu)把(ba)控(kong)了(le)(le)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)豬產業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)‘生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)線’,誰(shui)就(jiu)可以(yi)擁有(you)成(cheng)(cheng)本競爭優勢(shi)和(he)更高的(de)(de)(de)市場(chang)(chang)地位!”常(chang)年堅(jian)(jian)守養(yang)殖(zhi)一線的(de)(de)(de)王銘浩深知,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)防控(kong)對于養(yang)殖(zhi)事業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)性。他將正大集團農牧食品企業(ye)(ye)中國區(qu)資深副董事長白善霖提(ti)出的(de)(de)(de)這條“生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)線”牢(lao)牢(lao)地刻(ke)在了(le)(le)心里。王銘浩說,“生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)防控(kong)沒有(you)終點,我(wo)們要(yao)時刻(ke)警覺,堅(jian)(jian)決執行!”為(wei)了(le)(le)確保筑牢(lao)場(chang)(chang)區(qu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)底線,他著(zhu)(zhu)力推進場(chang)(chang)區(qu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)體系建設,完善場(chang)(chang)區(qu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管理制度,組織(zhi)員(yuan)工學習標準化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產流程和(he)專業(ye)(ye)技能(neng);堅(jian)(jian)持開展(zhan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)例會(hui)制度,不斷強化(hua)團隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意識(shi);完善防疫(yi)(yi)設施設備,進行常(chang)態(tai)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)疫(yi)(yi)病檢測……89場(chang)(chang)員(yuan)工培訓(xun)、164次生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)例會(hui)、完善12項(xiang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)管理制度、完成(cheng)(cheng)非瘟(wen)檢測732次,疫(yi)(yi)情預(yu)警9次,這些數字記錄著(zhu)(zhu)王銘浩和(he)團隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)堅(jian)(jian)實足跡,也為(wei)庫(ku)車錦瑞生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)豬養(yang)殖(zhi)有(you)限(xian)責任公司被(bei)農業(ye)(ye)農村部評(ping)定(ding)為(wei)非洲豬瘟(wen)無疫(yi)(yi)小區(qu)奠定(ding)了(le)(le)堅(jian)(jian)實基礎(chu)。
除了在場區生物安全(quan)工(gong)作方(fang)面嚴(yan)(yan)苛以(yi)待,在養殖(zhi)環(huan)節,王銘(ming)浩更是(shi)積(ji)極探索新思(si)路、新方(fang)法,不(bu)斷(duan)推(tui)進(jin)精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理,優化(hua)(hua)生產流程(cheng)(cheng),提(ti)(ti)(ti)升工(gong)作效率,實現降本增(zeng)效。從仔(zi)豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)生長(chang)環(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)嚴(yan)(yan)格把控(kong)、飼喂精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理,到瘦(shou)弱豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)護理,再到“一(yi)(yi)場一(yi)(yi)策”制定保健程(cheng)(cheng)序,他事無巨細(xi)地帶領(ling)團隊不(bu)斷(duan)完善豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)管(guan)理策略,保障了豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)的(de)(de)全(quan)程(cheng)(cheng)監管(guan)。為(wei)(wei)了提(ti)(ti)(ti)高豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)日(ri)增(zeng)重(zhong),他帶領(ling)團隊100%嚴(yan)(yan)格執(zhi)行(xing)免疫計劃,及時監測豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)健康(kang)狀(zhuang)態,進(jin)行(xing)批次化(hua)(hua)環(huan)控(kong)調整(zheng),為(wei)(wei)豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供舒適的(de)(de)生長(chang)環(huan)境(jing),還(huan)在每日(ri)兩次常規巡(xun)欄的(de)(de)基礎上增(zeng)加夜間巡(xun)欄,盡可能地保障豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)(qun)健康(kang)。王銘(ming)浩說(shuo),“要(yao)想提(ti)(ti)(ti)升生產成績(ji),就要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)多維管(guan)控(kong),要(yao)像照顧孩子一(yi)(yi)樣照看豬(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)仔(zi)。”對于長(chang)期(qi)奮戰在養殖(zhi)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)的(de)(de)王銘(ming)浩來說(shuo),無論(lun)是(shi)白天還(huan)是(shi)黑夜,穿梭在圈舍之(zhi)間是(shi)他工(gong)作的(de)(de)常態,但凡在生產過程(cheng)(cheng)中發現問(wen)題,他總(zong)是(shi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)時間到現場尋(xun)找(zhao)解決之(zhi)道。
2024年(nian),王銘浩在正大(da)北方(fang)省區業務技(ji)能競賽中(zhong)排名(ming)第三,仔豬投產達成率98.8%,成活率98.79%,并通過控(kong)制(zhi)飼喂、提升人效(xiao),加強生物安全管理等(deng)一系列(lie)工(gong)作策略(lve)改進(jin),進(jin)一步降低料肉(rou)比,控(kong)制(zhi)飼養成本,使錦瑞項目各項生產指標得到了顯著提升。
